These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Texas Stove'Em mobile application and this website. Texas Stove'Em is operated by Robert Temple ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Texas Stove'Em, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Texas Stove'Em for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your responsibilities

Texas Stove'Em is a study and analysis tool. You are responsible for how you use its output at the poker table or elsewhere. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

Calculations and accuracy

Texas Stove'Em provides equity estimates using exact enumeration or Monte Carlo simulation. Results depend on the inputs you provide and the calculation method selected. Monte Carlo results are statistical estimates and may differ slightly from exact values. We do not guarantee that any calculation is error-free or suitable for a particular decision.

Intellectual property

Texas Stove'Em, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the app as intended.

PokerStove is a separate product and trademark of its respective owners. Texas Stove'Em is inspired by classic equity calculators but is not affiliated with or endorsed by PokerStove or RPS Consulting.

Disclaimer of warranties

Texas Stove'Em is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations will always match your expectations. You use Texas Stove'Em at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of Texas Stove'Em, including any poker decisions made based on its output. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed ten U.S. dollars.

Termination

You may stop using Texas Stove'Em at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of Texas Stove'Em after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the Developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
